Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

Most items purchased from Daisy Fashion are returnable within the given duration, except those that are mentioned as ‘not returnable’.

The purchased item (or items) must be returned/exchanged within 5 working days of the purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 – 14 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email & SMS when your return has been processed.

For returned item/items, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid orders) or the bank account/wallet (in case of cash on delivery orders).


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Note: For receiving a non-returnable item in a damaged/unsatisfactory condition, you can contact us within 5 working days from the delivery of the product.


You can cancel your order by visiting the ‘Your Orders’ section in your account.
Steps to cancel the order:
Note: In case you receive an item even after cancelling, you can just refuse to accept it. Any amount paid for it will be refunded to your original payment method.


Your order will get cancelled instantly & a refund will be processed to your original payment method if the payment was made in advance.
