To exchange the product, you have bought follow the following steps:

- Go to orders
- Select the item/items you want to exchange
- Choose the reason for exchange
- Confirm the pickup address
- Click on Submit
We will try our best to deliver your exchange order as soon as possible. However, while submitting an exchange request, you will get an estimated delivery date. You can expect your order to get delivered by or before that day. You can also track your exchange order by visiting the ‘track your order’ section in your account.
Return FAQ's
Most items purchased from Daisy Fashion are returnable within the given duration, except those that are mentioned as ‘not returnable’. The purchased item (or items) must be returned within (mention number of days) days of the purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
You can follow these steps to return your order:

- Select the reason for return
- Click on submit
Cancellation FAQs

- You can provide a reason for cancellation (optional)
- Click on Cancel
